Dine and Donate!
H’nK Fundraisers present a fresh way to raise money! Hearth ’n Kettle wants to partner with your school or organization by hosting your next fundraiser. All non-profit organizations, churches, school PTOs, etc. are invited to have your next fundraiser with us! Here’s how it works:
- Step 1
Print the Reservation form, complete all information and bring it to the H’nK location where you would like to hold your event.
- Step 2
Pick the date for your “H’nK Fundraiser” with the H’nK manager. Typically, fundraisers are held on weekdays (Monday through Thursday) from September through May.
- Step 3
Your date request will be submitted to the H’nK office for approval. Once approved, you will be sent a flier announcing the date, time and specifics of your fundraiser.
- Step 4
Copy the flier and distribute it to as many people as possible within and outside of your organization! Post it on your web site! Send out a press release to local newspapers and radio stations! When a guest presents the flier at your fundraiser, 15% of their bill will be donated to your organization. Fliers may NOT be handed out in the parking lot the day of the event.
- Step 5
Enjoy a delicious meal with friends and know that you are helping a good cause. You will receive your check approximately 2 weeks after the event.
